While using the "Offline NT Password & Registry Editor"...
used for restoring disabled or forgotten system
passwords...the following files are missing from the
default registry directory [winnt/system32/config]...they
are: 'sam system and security'

I know nothing about "Offline NT Password & Registry Editor"
but some of those files are +H (hidden)....
