I've got a small network with 2 computers. One is Windows
2000 Professional and the other is Windows XP Home. PROBLEM
IS: notebook with xp home can browse all shared folders on
pc with Windows 2000, not viceversa. Workgroup is the same
and when I ping from PC Win2000 to the other PC with XP
Home I get the correct IP address but no replies. I have
got internet connection sharing to a router and a DSL
connection. Everything works fine with that.
When I click on the notebook with XP Home I am asked to
give user id and password, but no password has been set and
no users can be managed with xp home.
Can u give me some help ?
thanks in advance
