W2K OU migrated to another W2k3 Domain in the same forest

Hi,
I am the admin of an OU of a child domain. I have about 300 users and 35
server and 350 PC all under this OU. Now we have a busines requirement to
migrate everything from this OU to another domain which is running Windows
2003 in the same forest.

What is the best way to acomplish this ( that would cause the least impact
to users, servers services. )? Is there info from Microsoft that I can take
reference ? Thanks in advance.

You can use ADMTv2

This tool will allow You to migrate Your users to new domain
