Hello,
Does anybody know if there is a limit to the maximum
number of files that can be held in a folder (not the
root) on Windows 2000 Server. I currently have a folder
with 105,000 files and am getting concerned that it may
reach a limit - so far performance isn't an issue as it is
an archive folder so it is rarely used.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Chris.
