Try removing all that custom DNS stuff from the windows 98, because what
would happen is the w98 looks for a DNS server on the 2000 (which you aren't
running) and has to wait for that to timeout before looking for another DNS
server

| I can now connect win98 to internet throught win2k computer
| however, the speed is so so so slow, guess even slower than 28k modem
| and it seems that I could only go msn.com....so weird
| and in my win2k computer, the speed is normal dsl speed
