We are located in Texas and have an office in Lyon,
France. They have gotten new systems with Windows 2000 on
them and are in the process of moving their data from Sage
to Expandable. They are having a problem with the
numberic keypad and the decimal. They are wanting a comma
for the decimal instead of the period. We can get this to
work just fine over here, but in France they are not
getting anything when they press the "." key on the
numeric pad. If anyone has any information that might
help we would appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks,

Merrie
