Hopefully this time will post as a question!!!- inexperienced first time
user.

I can't quite pick exactly when this happens but it seems to happen after I
have typed a long e-mail and windows mail is open for 10-20 minutes or so. I
lose the entire e-mail. It is very frustrating.

Does any one have a solution or can point me in the right direction for this
solution. I have a DELL computer and the software came with it, it's only 8
months old.

The Windows mail screen goes semi opaque - cloudy - then the above messages
appear.

"Windows mail has stopped working" then " is re-starting"

Andrew.

I thought I replied to your previous message.

New computers often come with an antivirus program already installed, often
one that occasionally causes problems in Windows Mail and doesn't have
a clean enough uninstall program for even an uninstall to solve the
problems.
What if any antivirus programs do you have, and did you used to have a
Norton or McAfee antivirus program installed?

Are you up to date on the Vista updates that Microsoft offers?

Dell probably offers some updates especially for that model of computer.
Are you up to date on those as well?

This type of problem is typically caused by a non-compatible antivirus.
Which antivirus are you running?
