Happy to notice that as of to date System Restore Points are no more
produced :)
It seems the bug has been ironed out by the final version of W/D.

Choose if Windows Defender should notify you about:

Advanced Options:
Create a Restore Point before applying actions to ...

My settings are:

Automatic scanning: checked all.

Default actions: High, Medium, Low - Default action (definition based)

Real-time protection: checked all, except - Always.

Advanced options: checked all.

Administrator options: checked all.
