I got a Logitech VX Revolution cordless laser mouse for my Dell Inspiron
Notebook. Sometimes I can get it to work and sometimes NOT. I have Windows
XP Pro. I have called Logitech and they finally said it was a bad receiver,
so I tried another one and it has done the same thing. The computer will
sometimes say it doesn't recognize the USB port and other times it says
nothing, but still won't work. The one time for some reason it worked (and
I have no idea what I did), as soon as I took the receiver out of the
computer - that was it, it didn't work again. I have tried turning
computer off, putting in recevier and turning back on - still nothing.
Could it be this mouse is too much for my 4 year old laptop? The USB port
is fine because I can use two other mice on there.
ANY IDEAS???
