I am using Mac OS X (10.3.7) and Vuescan (8.1.25) along with a Canoscan
Lide 35. I am attempting to copy some basic text pages into a .tif file
and I encounter a problem saving to the file when I use "compression
on." The pages do not save. I get an error message from Mac Preview:
"Error displaying Image. Preview is unable to properly display this
image. The file may be corrupt. Reason: Can't cache image."
With compression off, I can save just fine but the file size is much
larger than I want.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
Thanks,
