vuescan - calibrating problem with Minolta Dimage Scan Multi Pro

Hello,

at progres about 90-95% calibration is stoped and vuescan stops
responding.
i rename vuescan.ini and it does not help
its second time that vuescan gets crazy and first time it ends on
reinstall windows (after trying to delete all vuescan-releted data from
windows registry but it also does not help).
is there any other way to repair it ?
