Hi

I just downloaded vuescan 8.0 and was going through the set up and noted
that for some reason I'm having problems setting the film vendor type
settings. For example if I select Fuji and in the next box want to select
Reala, often times it won't give me the drop down menu. If I go back to the
box where I have Fuji selected I can't change that now. If I go to the
windows maximize/restore down box and toggle sometimes it will let me go
into selections again. I never had this issue on previous versions. Any
thoughts?

Win 2000 running Minolta Dimage Scan Dual III.

Set for color negative film with preview and scan resolutions manually set
rather then automatic. All color profile settings set for Adobe.

Same problem for me. Ed knows about this now so it should be fixed
soon.

I have just downloaded and tested VS 8.0 (Windows) and this problem
still exists. vuescan.exe dated 2004-05-14.

This is fixed now, and you can download the fix from:

The problem only occurred on versions of Windows prior to
Windows XP.
