No, that's not always true. I managed to download software through the
wayback machine that used to be freeware in the past and which had
gone commercial at the time of download. I also downloaded some mp3
files from archive.org.
Anyway, it seems that Hamrick.com hasn't been archived there since
December 2004. AFAIK a website owner can request archive.com to stop
archiving and that is perhaps what Ed did.
