VSTS Source Control hanging...

When I try to use VSTS Source Control, it hangs indefinitely. For example,
when I try to edit a workspace, or get latest, visual studio hangs. If I
press Ctrl+F4, it comes back to life, as if a hidden window were closed.

Also, from the command prompt, tf.exe hangs when I try to do any operations
on source control.

Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a network issue.

I'd suggest posting this to the Visual Studio Team System - Team Foundation
Server Version Control forum at

Thanks for th reply.

I'll post there, and check network activity.... the machine next to the one
giving me troubles can connect fine.

Thanks,

Andrew

Andrew:

Since you have another machine that connects fine, the network is a good
shot. It could be the card, the port on the hub or even a duplicate IP
address. Since it is one machine and not all, it is less likely it is the
polling speed of the data warehouse, which was a major issue in one of the
betas.
