Rainy

I read an article online about how this could be a virus if it's not in the
windows folder.. and it's not.. I ran spybot S & D and it didn't say
anything except for "congratulations"... I did not run Adaware SE yet, but
plan to before I go to bed... any help on this much appreciated.. I plan on
setting a new system restore but if this is garbage, I don't want to keep
it.. :) thanks Rainy ps. it is in my Microsoft shared folder..

I just scanned the folder VS7DEBUG and AVG said no virus... It has been
known to miss stuff.. but not often at all... ..I would like to remove it
if it's wise to.. :) thanks Rainy

Rainy that folder is normally found here, not under the Windows folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7DEBUG
