VS .NET vs VS .NET 2003

Hi,


did any one tried C# under VS .NET 2003, if yes what do you think, does
it worth to upgrade, and what about my old .NET apps are they compatible?

there is a bug reported in '2k3 such that you cant
use 'out' parameters (with any dot net language) when
accessing Oracle databases
