VS .net 2002

How do I develop pocket pc applicatio with .Net Compact
framework with Visual Studio 2002 that I have. I have
downloaded and installed the .Net Compact developer redist
version but don't know how to get going now. I cannot see
the Smart Device Application project type also???
Please help?

Aa far as I know you need der Enterprise Developer or Enterprise Architect.
With the 'Standard' you couldn't.

Smart Device Programmability is not available in Visual Studio .NET 2002 -
you will need to upgrade to Visual Studio .NET 2003 for this functionality
(Professional version or higher). Microsoft have been running an upgrade
offer for approximately $29 however this ended at the end of September.
