Have a Win XP Pro machine that I need to have VPN access.
Whenever they attempt to connect, they are getting
a "Destination Computer did not respond message" Other
users who are on the VPN are not getting this message so I
don't think it is a server issue. VPN settings are the
same for this machine as they are the all of the others.
Only difference is that this user is using a satellite
internet connection and the others are either Cable or
DSL. However, satellite company says that they do allow
VPN traffic. By the way, Firewall is not an issue and the
user has internet access. No issues there. Anyone else
seen this issue?

In the past, satellite connections had packet latency issues that
could complicate things like VPN's and RDC... See if your satellite
ISP has any type of documentation on any special settings needed for
VPN connections.
