I'm using Xp pro and Xp home at work and home
when I try to setup a VPN it disconnects while it's
verifying the user name and password
it says error 721:

what do I need to do?

Which VPN server do you use?

Seems that the authentication phase failed.

Make sure that the encryption settings are correct on
both side.
