I have Server 2003 Standard the only role set up is VPN/Remote access. The
server sits behind my router and has 1 NIC with static private IP. Computers
on the LAN can ping and be pinged by the server. remote users can log onto
the VPN with no problem but cannot be pinged by the server or any other
computer on the LAN or ping the server or any other computer on the LAN using
there IP address assigned from a pool I configured in RRAS, with the
exception of one user for some reason 1 user from his home computer has no
problem. I have turned off the firewalls on these computers and they still
cannot ping or be pinged.

They are both using 192.168.1.x/255.255.255.0 LAN uses .100 - .200 and remote
users are .200 - .220. What do you mean by the different IP Range.

In this case, you need to change the remote office IP addresses to 192.168.x.0/255.255.255.0 (x should not be one). Or modify both sites mask.
