VPN Set UP

I just upgraded to XP pro. I am trying to establish an
additional connection but when I get to the section to
establish a VPN connection it is grayed out and won't let
me select it. What am I doing wrong?

Upgraded from what? XP Home? Was SP1 installed on home prior to the
upgrade?

If those answers are yes, re-apply SP1 to the upgraded machine--and, before
you do that, ensure that the firewall is up on the Internet connection.
After getting SP1 in place, check for any other missing critical security
patches via WindowsUpdate.

Otherwise, post back with more information and we'll try not to guess so
wildly.
