VPN problems

I have three other computers who connect via VPN into our network and they
all connect fine. One person can't connect I don't know why and keep on
getting a server no response. They are enabled to dial-in in their profile,
I can figure what's going on. She is connecting to the internet using
p.a.t.. Could that be a problem???
 
What is the error she gets? If it is 800, then she is not able to reach the
machine. In this check whether she is able to ping the ras server. If it
is 721, GRE might be blocked by her ISP.

Yes it was 721.

She uses port address translation, which I think is alot of computers can
get on the internet with one IP right?? NAT is just internal network into
legal internet address right? PAT is internal network addresses into one IP
right?
