i configured vpn in 2000 server and have only one user connecting to it so
far
I am able to establish the connection and log
here is the problem
the connecting computer cannot access one of the servers this is the message
when i go to \\server it sais that the network path was not found (only once
i was able to connect)
when i go to \\10.0.0.1 i access all the resources just fine

no problem accessing any of the other servers or computers
I checked dns and i do have entry for this server
also my VPN runs on the same server

any ideas
thanks in advance

Are you able to ping the server by it's host name? If not, make sure the VPN client has a DNS suffix that matches that of the
internal domain. Also, if you have a WINS server, make sure the inaccessible server is pointing at WINS and has netbios over
TCP/IP enabled.

Thank you,

Do you have 2 nics in the server? In that case, make sure you've done the
regedits in 292822.
