VPN problem

Has no one experienced a vpn connection problem with
antispyware active. I have to deactivate the real time
protection of internet, system and application. Can
someone tell me why and what protection am I sacrificing.

I have no issues running a VPN connection with
AntiSpyware active. It's been awhile, but I do believe
when I first installed the AntiSpyware, there was a pop-
up when I tried to access the VPN, which I would have
clicked allow. I'm running WinXP. I'm sure this isn't
much help, but figured I'd chirp in. Good luck!
