VPN mess up the network connection

After uninstalled a third party VPN from my winxp, my
network connection didn't work anymore. I've two computers
both connect to a router. I tried many solutions such as
uninstalled TCP/IP.. Nothing works. I also tested my
router and my modem. They were fine. My other computer
works fine.
 
I can't restore, because it was turned off. I tried both
of your solution, still doesn't work.
