VPN/Mapped Drives 2nd Post

WTS

From home I am able to connect to the office server using
a VPN connection but the mapped drives do not connect. I
have mapped the drives using both the server name and IP
address, same problem.

Sounds like routing table issue. can you ping inside computer by ip? or post
the result of ipconfig /all here.

Here's what's confusing...
Sometimes I am able to connect using the mapped drives to
the office server, other times I can't. Yesterday from the
office, I used a dial up connection, made the VPN
connection, was able to connect using the mapped drives.
This is my boss's computer so I will not be able to
troubleshoot from his home office until later this week
