Didn't found a 2003 newsgroup....

Can 2003 host more than one single connection like NT4?

Yes, XP allows only one VPN connection at a time.

Also FYI: The Windows Server newsgroups do not reference version
numbers. The appropriate group is
microsoft.public.windows.server.networking
