Hi,
I hate these kind of 'me too' posts, but, yes, indeed, I have the exact same problem.
I first thought it was because I have two network connections (wired and wireless) and one of both is not running (cable unplugged for example).
That didn't help.
I then thought of disabling one. To no avail.
I'm still looking into this, as I really was able to define a VPN connection that went over my Internet Connection a week ago. But now, I can't get that working anymore.
So I'm thinking now that this can be caused by a recent update, or some software I recently installed.
I'll get back here when I find out what's causing this.
