Hello,
I am currently experiencing issues with a couple of my users who access our
network through Windows Remote Access Server using a PPTP connection through
high-speed. They typically will leave their connections always on as they
need to for their work but will find after being connected or what not all
day the next day their connection has disconnected and they have to reconnect
again.
I am clueless on why this is happening and I cant find any useful log
information in Remote Server to try and find out why they are dropping their
connections. Does anyone have any ideas where I can begin to look to
determine where the connection might be dropping on their VPN connection? Is
there like a time-out connection setting somewhere that might be dropping
them after so many hours?
Thank you very much!
Michael
