I setup a Windows 2000 Server PPTP VPN and can get only
Windows XP clients to connect properly. THe Windows 2000
Pro clients will connect to the VPN but I cannot find the
server by name of ping the IP address of the server
during the VPN session. Everything works perfectly with
Windows XP Pro clients.

Do you get an IPaddress on the client that is on a different IPrange of
your local systems?

Example: GOOD!
IPaddress on NIC 192.198.1.1
Wan PPP adapter 10.0.0.1

Example: BAD!
IPaddress on NIC 192.198.1.1
Wan PPP adapter 192.168.1.10

Thank you,
