VPN Connection Across Multiple Users

I've got a VPN connection setup and connected as User A. I want to be able
to switch users and login as any other user and have the VPN connection stay
connected. All the other users are welcome to use it, so I don't care if
they login and use it.

What's happening now is I'll login and connect to it as User A. Get done
with what I'm doing, and hit Switch user. It'll take me back to the login
screen, and the connection will remain as long as someone other then User A
doesn't login. As soon as someone else logs in, it drops the connection.
