VPN Client in Windows XP Disconnects After One Minute

I am experiencing the above issue and have read the
following article:

Does anyone know where I can get the 2 files mentioned in
the article without going through the hassle of calling
Microsoft?

If they are not posted somewhere I am willing to supply an
e-mail address. Thanks

Abe,

I suggest you just go through Microsoft. If you are
experiencing the exact problem in the article they will
not charge you any fee. It doesn't usually take that
long to email the fix through either. I've had one
emailed within an hour or so. The longest I've had to
wait is a day.

I don't like MS either and was reluctant at first to go
through them but they're not that bad. The only problem
is how long you have to wait on the phone, although this
is not always the case.
