VPN and Win XP home & Pro

I have win xp and I try to connect to my Win 2000 server via VPN. When I set it up the first time it connecte
but since then I have not and it gives me error 721. Help is drving me crazy, (e-mail address removed)
 
You need to make sure that any routers and/or firewalls are allowing traffic
on TCP port 1723 and IP Protocol 47 (GRE).
