VPN and access to files on the remote network

Dear All,

I am connected through a VPN connection to a remote network. I can
perfectly use IE, but whenever I try to enter on personal folders I
get the following message:

"The referenced account is currently locked and cannot be logged on
to"

Could anybody here please help me? Thank you very much in advance!

It means they don't have file sharing enabled or have no files to share with
you.

Make sure you both have sharing enabled and are on the same workgroup
network.
 
Thank you, Xiong Vang, for your reply! After the VPN connection is
established, when I try to gain access to my files, I am asked for my
username and password for the network. I introduce both correctly and
I get again the same message:

"The referenced account is currently locked and cannot be logged on
to".

However, if I use a dial-up connection instead of a DSL one,
everything goes well with the VPN connection. It is disconcerting...
