We are using voting buttons more and more in our daily routine. Before I
learned that the original e-mail needs to stay in the "sent" folder, and the
responses need to stay in the "in box" and be read to get the tracking to
work correcly, I had planned to set-up rules to automatically take these sent
items and replies to a specified personal folder, based on some key words in
the subject. That would allow a nice, neat management of the e-mails. With
the way I understand this works today, I have to wait for all of the replies,
read them, and then only after all of the "tracking" is complete can I move
them to a desired personal folder for historical purposes. If I
misunderstand the way this works, please correct me. Otherwise, please
consider as an idea for a future enhancement.
I would also like to see a way to notify the send that all replies (votes)
have been received, rather than having to periodically look at the tracking
tab.
Thanks much!
