Hi,

I noticed a voting field in the list of common fields
to use and was wondering how it works. If you send a form
to someone and you have the voting button on it to get a
users response back. How does the users response get
captured and transmitted back to the one who sent the
email in the first place? If this voting button doesn't
behave like I think it should, how can I capture users
responses to a question I ask on the form and transmit
that data back to me?

Thanks,

Pete

Why not try it and see for yourself? The response comes back as a message
with information that Outlook can process and display in the Tracking tab.

Ok How do you set it up? Do I just need to add a voting
button to form and a tracking control to another form?
See I can't find any literature on this.

Pete

Tracking is built-in. There's nothing to add. You set up voting buttons
either with the Options dialog or, on a custom form in design mode, on the
(Actions) page. Try it with Options, then use Tools | Forms |Design This
Form to see what it looks like on (Actions).
