volume doesn't work

When I listing to my music with headphone on it doesn't work. I have tried to turn the volume up, but it didn't do nothin at all. Only thing that works fine is my music video from media. When I move my computer thats when it won't work. Can you help me cuz i don't know if I unplug my speakers. PLEASE HELP. Thank
 
Check if your speakers are plugges in correctly
Don't "move" your computer
