VOLUME CONTROL

Can someone help me with this issue. I'm having problems with the control
volume, everytime I turn the volume slider up, if comes down by automatic. I
start having this problem after I install windows media center. The level of
the volume I want, never stays the way I want it, always comes down and I
will not hear anything.

First thing, check the volume setting for each player that is installed on
your PC, such as Quicktime, WinAmp, RealPlayer, etc. Volume settings of one
player have been known to affect another.
