Volume control with mouse?

Just Say NO to \Full House\

Is there a program that will allow me to control the volume with just the
mouse (for example holding the left button and moving the scroll wheel)?

Or does such a plug-in exist for winamp?

Volumouse does a good job and can be configured many different ways.

no plug in is needed to do that with winamp - as long as the winamp
window has focus. i've verified this with both versions 2.x and 5.x of
winamp under windows xp...

If it was in focus I wouldn't need a special program or plugin. Hence my
original question.
