I uninstalled total access because it was making things too complicated, in the process I lost my volume control, when I tried to configure it to show volume control icon, a message said there is no volume control program, I search Norton protected files and there were no programs there. Where do I find it so I can reinstall it?

Look in C/WINDOWS/System32 for an application named sndvol32. If it's not
there, go to Start>Search>Files or Folders and type in sndvol32; this will
locate it if it was just moved elsewhere.
