On the other hand I do use a registry cleaner but only after having
established a trust with a company and many years of use and ensuring that
there are backups made that are accessible from outside of the Operating
System with proper tools.
I don't recall what Kelly's tweak does but it's sure to work... I'm 99%
sure it will at any rate. If not then take a gander here:

After that's been done go ahead and turn off and back on the icon from the
