I have made a voiceover to my powerpoint presentation. I
now want to type in the narrative using the voiceover.
But I cannot pause and continue the voiceover. How can I
do this, please?

Thanks.

Bruce,

save your presentation as web page. A folder will be created for all
elements of your presentation, one of them should be a WAV-file with the
narration. Play this in Media Player, where you can stop and continue as you
like.

Kind regards,
Ute

Hi Ute,

I see what you mean. Yes I can now run the voiceover in
Media Player and pause and play it. The problem is I need
to have PowerPoint open as well so I can type the
narrative into the notes below the slide! Will I have to
use two notebook computers to do this?

Kindest regards. Bruce.

On suggestion would be to type it into NotePad and then copy and paste into
PowerPoint later.

Hi Sonia,

Thanks for the tip - it works well! But how much nicer it
would be if the voiceover in PowerPoint had pause and
play!

Kindest regards. Bruce.
