voice through speakers

when I did the audio tuning wizzard I started hearing my own voice through yhe speakers. I havn't been able to find any info on how to correct this prob. I is very annoying to hear ones voice this way. I would appreciate any help to rectify this. There was no prob with my audio prior to the wizzard.
 
Your audio setting is misconfigured. Double click the Volume Icon and select
Options/Properties, and reconfigure the settings. If you do not know the
proper settings, repost and someone will assist; however, make sure the mic
is NOT checked in the playback mode.
