voice recording note from Pocket PC to ???

Hello,
I have recorded with Pocket PC CE software a recording,
which resides under notes.
When synching with my PC the recording as a note is
playable from the notes file in Outlook.
Howver I would like to export the recording via another
application or send it to someone so it is playbale as a
wave file or other playable files in media player

Can anyone help as this recording is critical, thank you
