vocal reader for mail, ebooks...

Hi
have a eyes disease and it's hard for me to read long email or
e-books...
Anyone know a free vocal reader ?
(if possible, with language support....i'm italian...)

It is included in windows. In the 'accessibility options' IIRC.
Again IIRC, there are both ways: text-to-speech and reverse.

e ti devo dire che con la lingua italiana istallata, non e' male.
Cosi' ora potro' leggere meglio la posta ed anche leggermi qualche
libro....
