VM vunerability on W2k SP4

Can anyone tell me where to get the patch for this
vunerability. I have tried the update site and can only
find the patch for SP3 not SP4. I get MS02-013 from the
Harris StatScaner software.

Beat up Harris. Ask why this wasn't an alert for the arguably more serious
MS02-069 or MS02-052 vulnerabilities.
