vlookup

I'm trying to do a vlookup with an array of multiple
sheets but am only getting #VALUE! Any suggestions? Here
is my formula

=VLOOKUP(B2,Boys:Misc!B2:C32,2,FALSE)

You can't, Excel's is limited, there is an add-in that can be downloaded
