Vlookup value from fill colour only.

I have data where i want to use vlookup fuction.

In sheet1 i have data like

A1 B1
Colour Rate

A2 B2

in a2 i have given only fill colour red and rate is B2
in a3 i have given only fill colour Brown and rate is B3
and so on upto a20 with diff. colour and rate

what i want is in sheet2 can i vlookup if i apply fill
colour to cell red it should pick up rate of red i.e. 12
is it possilbe to lookup value from cell fill colour cell
only.
