Hi all

I have set up a Vlookup function. When I enter the information for
looking up how can I display the looked up information if there is
sevral answers.

For example

I want to look up Telephone No in a different worksheet, however there
might be 3 telephone numbers. At the moment my fucntion will look up
the first number. How can I either show the other number or be able to
scoll down them. Also if I need to input telephone No 3 times with the
different numbers then i will.

Regards

Take a look here in the paragraph "Arbitrary Lookups" for full details of
how to return data from the second and subsequent matches:

Thanks to whomever replied on this thread. The multiple
column/row vectoring of a matrix is what I was having a
problem with and the article towhich you refered to was
the perfect solution! Many thanks!
