Visual Web developer 2008 has pretty close to no wizards?

Hello,

I have just downloaded VWD2008(not sp1) and I've noticed that there're no
wizards such as master pages.
Nothing. All seems gone.

I'm now in the process of reinstalling it, you never know... but it seems
weird to me. Any idea of what may be wrong with it?
